This is a public website and as unfortunate as it sounds, any business owner should have mental toughness to tolerate criticism, be it right of wrong, and people posting their reviews on this site should be no different than people posting their reviews about a product on Amazon.
We do not remove any posts unless they violate our policies.
And a humble request, please do not use the word 'Legal'. We are not breaking any law and GS receives "Legal" threats from Desi designers every month that are becominng dime a dozen for us. Maybe desi designers should worry more about their product quality and customer service than a review posted on the internet.
i think few members here get too personal while commenting the products and their experience with the vendors that apparently seems to fall in the defamtory/ slander........... definition.
i think such kind of posts shud be closely monitored and amended by the moderator wherever required.
