Hindus do not say Shiva is the only God, but Muslims do say that Allah is the only God. Moreover, Hinduism does not have the concept of infidels or non-believers which Islam has. Make sense ?

Nope. But when you say Shiva is God, Ram is God, Vishnu is God (pardon me for making mistakes in name since I am not well versed in names of hindu gods), are you not saying that Allah is not the only God that muslim claim? or are you telling me that you also only believe in one ness of Allah and all above are not gods?
