It really is good. Ive tried abstract art, and I enjoyed for a while but I loved the freedom to be able to draw as you wish, without having to stick to formal rules and proportionality laws. However everyone kept asking me meanings too, for me sometimes there wasn't one. It was just art and I enjoyed doing it.
At the moment Im really into oil pastels and acrylic paint. I love the way that its kinda danderous and once its there you have to live with it..
anyway, enough of my ramblings, I thought that it was really good :D

Its lacking some freaky splashes of colors which makes abstract a little difficult to translate into words. But this theme is simple and impressive.

wow, its really nice, i love abstract paintings, i do my paintings and drawings with pencil or charcol only,i am not too good with colours maybe i should post one of my drawings aswell.

you're right, i also like the freedom behind the abstract art! but it's just my nature i guess, i get attracted to the things that don't make sense to me. abstract is just undefined if u look at someones work, not your own. and as u said, u can't even explain the point behind your own work sometimes... which i believe is such a unique thing... that u can't even understand your own actions.

thanks... i WILL and HAVE posted my own work before...which were in HB pencil, not colored. black and white photography and art attracts me. but colored is something i just tried on my own. even in my art class in high school, i never did any colored work. only pencil or pen.
now, as the idea is not my own, i'll just say this particular piece of work looks like "one of those days" to me... let me know your own idea

umm... well took me 2 days... but beech main there were a lot of breaks u know... didn't take that long to draw it.. but coloring took around 4-5 hours i suppose... thats just a guess

i don’t think so it wouldve looked that nice in dark colors… i’m into light colors personally… but for my drawings i try to use a combo of light and dark.. which doesn’t look bad, right!
