Absent social ettiquetes

When people do not follow social etiquettes, what impression they leave on their own minds, if they do, at all?

self importance
an idle thrill in annoying other people
seeking negative attention in vain
inviting correction

You would think a half decent person will be embarrassed and, will learn, but, sadly, such people do not make any effort to do so.

Communication etiquettes for instance, should be a no-brainer. But, since, self respect gives way to self-centered and rude behavior, people are not guided and soon, socially and individually, they are isolated and frowned upon.

thoughts showing a mirror to rude and mis-behaving, people?
how can they get proper education to behave and build their respect?

Re: Absent social ettiquetes

Its the environment you grow in. If you are taught that being 'seen' in public is important, what you've said would happen. If you are taught that being remembered as a nice person is important, it wont.
