I recall seeing a poster for him and some other people coming to Toronto in August in a shop on Gerard. I’d like to know when it is, who’s coming (although Abrar is reason enough :love: ), and where to purchase the tickets as well as where it is. If someone’s been to the place where it’s taking place, could you tell of some of oyur experience there, I mean in terms of sound quality, indoor/outdoor, etc. Thanks!

We've got info now. This concert is taking place in Brampton on August 3rd starting at 6. I would suggest checking out Muzna's thread in Café "Invitation to Guppies" and look for posts by smooth_guy and cheegum.

I've just come back from the Abrar concert and I'm exhausted. I logged on to just say that Abrar is the greatest thing to have ever come out of Punjab. The man knows how to put on one hell of a show.

We were in the guppy meet till 10:30 and didn't go there. I hope you enjoyed the concert. Abrar will also perform in Bela Garden mela on August 23. I have been to most of the Abar's concert in Toronto. He is for sure the best performer in Pakistan.

The concert in D.C was a disaster in that instead of starting at 8 it started at 10.Abrar did only 3 songs ....and i really mean 3 (sniff sniff)....
it was really unprofessionally done esp. b/c there were no proper musicians and the poor singers were reduced to lip syncing .....anyways

Abrar is brilliant live. Anyone who gets the chance to catch a show really should do so. A very unique performer.
