im from the uk im getting married in pakistan this year , i found a website about sobia hanif salon in rawalpindi and islamabad can any1 tell me weather this is a gud salon to go to if so does any1 know weather she is expensive az well

i know her because i m a professional photographer done couple of shoots of their brides she is fabulous not expensive that much

She is just awesome!! My sister choose her for her baraat and valima make up in july 2010 and she did an excellent job...che charged 18.000 Rupees for baraat make up which included some pre wedding treatments like threading, arms and legs waxing and facial. for valima she charged 14.000 Rs. we all loved the make up...but you must know that sobia just do the eye make up and lipstik, everything else, hairstyle, dupatta setting, foundation is done by the girls who work there but my sis said that is Sobia who give the last ok!

she did my czns make up .....n she did an awesome job ...........the whole make up was done by sobia herself ......hairstyle, dupatta setting is done by the girls who work there.......you just have to say that u want the make up to be done by sobia ..........n u can fix an appointnment with her .....rawalpindi branch she is usually does it herself ....but for the islamabad branch ...u need to ask her .....and plus she is very reasonable as principessa has described :)

Dr. Uzma is doing very professionally specialy her color combination is very awesome. she did my sisters make up. she done very quality make up..

yes @blue_eyez my frnds makeover was done by that parlor..and she was nt looking gud att alll...on her mehndi her makep was so tacky trust me i have seen lot of sobiaz brides...but there was no charm in them........also the workers are very rude...specially they do very bad wid red dresss... y dnt u try jugnu / danielle

Can anyone post pics of sobia's brides? Has anyone had an experience of her signature line?..What's the difference between barat and signature line apart from the charges. I have heard that Sobia gives a similar look to all brides and jugnu's makeup turns out as per his mood :-/...

I had my nikkah makeup done from her salon in december 2009 and ive booked her for my barat and valima too.... she does the eyes and lips and her senior stylist does the rest, they are all qualified and work very well, they listen to you aswell as opposed to other places such as Allenora...
I LOVED the result, on the day of my nikkah there were literally about 10 other brides there, my nikkah was a day after a huge blast in pindi so due to traffic being at a stand still all the brides showed up at the same time, there was such a rush but she still managed to work on everyone, the professionalism was great!
IF u want sobia to do everything (signature) she does everything from foundation to finishing touches, she charges around 20 000 otherwise its 14-16 000 for barat/valima she charged me about 10 000 for my nikkah look, I would put up a pic but i dont want it going viral lol so sorry about that...
Jugnu is good if ur very fair, thats what ive seen anyway ... personal opinion.
i do not recommend Allenora! Daniella's parlour is good too :))
