Numerous people have told me, “Los Angeles is a beautiful place but the people are crazy” Why is that? I’m leaving NYC where people are just rude and mean and going to a place where people are crazy. Sounds like fun!

I haven't lived in NY but I know LA is a big big city. I am sure its same to NY. But I always hear that the cultures between the east and west are very different. Some people say they are not comparable. What part of LA you moving to?

AA short drive on the LA freeways after driving on potholed New York roads is enough to suggest which is better to a motoring nut. :-) The weather is also fantastic as is the cultural life. There are good people everywhere - LA has better infrastructure and weather than NYC, though.

I know eh!! Actually I’m flying out today..Sunday. I just finished packing everything. We’re going to be around the Santa Monica area since my husband will work there.
