moona, i don't find this theory funny coz i have witnessed this myself :) One of my collegue is of italian background..she's really fair..but her hairs are brown. I clearly remember 3 hair colors that she changed and how her skin appeared to others. The first color was kind of dark color and then she got a lighter color..not true blonde..but 4 shades of blonde tone colors..Her skin started looking fair..and i noticed that her somehow her undereye circles appeared less visible too. Then she went back to again some tone of dark color and i could see the difference once again.
