i’m sorry, i don’t quite understand - did you try posting this error message in the Feedback Forum and you did not receive any help? A small number of other Guppies have also been experiencing this problem, and Masha’Allah it has been fixed for them; your case should be no different. i am certain that if you post this in the Feedback Forum, then Insha’Allah the Admin will look into the situation. Hence if you do not mind, i am going to transfer it to Feedback and hopefully you’ll be posting around here in no time.
