Who takes out pimples with facial? lol....probably what she meant was that when she takes out the blackheads n cleans yr skin thoroughly u wl be saved from getting any pimples. Also, one must get facials and all such methods done only from some1 who is well trusted.
If you have black heads its not a bad idea to actually get a basic facial done to remove them because i have seen girls, heck even bollywood stars, with make-up on their face and yet their black heads r showing and that takes away from your whole look esp cuz a bride is photographed in close up n all. But if you are not comfortable with the idea of facial than certainly don't go for it but if you plan to do than get it done a week before your wedding.
