so i got an appointment to have a facial done by a lady at yves rocher a couple of weeks before my wedding, now she was telling me how they take out all the blackheads, which is a good thing, and like how they take out all the pimples, and everything. BUt that doesn’t sound too good for te skin, taking out pimples, and i don’t even have any masha’Allah, like i get maybe one pimple eveyr month or something. Like it seems as if this thing is really harsh…i don’t know what to do, like my skin isn’t that bad except for some blackheads. what do u guys thnk?

Shadi ke baad experiment kar le na, i mean i wudnt recommend u to do that, since u say ur happy wiht your skin and its' not so bad. Lol nobody will c the blackheads, the makeup will cover it :p

from personal experience...i would NEVER get another facial in my life! i had pretty good skin with the occassional breakout/ blackhead and went for my first dermalogica facial last year just to help improve my skin and see what its all about. ever since i got that one facial, my skin has been so bad! i have lots of clogged pores, acne breakouts and spots :(. the girl who did my facial insisted i come back monthly to get "beautiful" skin...but that one trip ruined it for me!

well...its not necessary to gt dis professional dermalogical facial done.....u can start doing dese facial things at home just a few weeks befre ur wedding.....
and dese home made recipies work! dey r really effective...

ladies, seriosuly, if its not broke, dont fix it. I felt weird that i dint get a facial before my wedding, but im glad i didnt, only b/c i'd be scared of what would happen. i did get a facial a few months later but i saw absolutely no difference, no change. $40 down the drain.

Who takes out pimples with facial? lol....probably what she meant was that when she takes out the blackheads n cleans yr skin thoroughly u wl be saved from getting any pimples. Also, one must get facials and all such methods done only from some1 who is well trusted.
If you have black heads its not a bad idea to actually get a basic facial done to remove them because i have seen girls, heck even bollywood stars, with make-up on their face and yet their black heads r showing and that takes away from your whole look esp cuz a bride is photographed in close up n all. But if you are not comfortable with the idea of facial than certainly don't go for it but if you plan to do than get it done a week before your wedding.
