desi islam is one of the most corrupt form of religion ever. they care about these minor issues like life and death matters. bring hadith from prophet SAW or something that shows that sahabas acted like that otherwise please dont pass judgements. muslims are being killed right left and center and we care about putting feet towards kaaba. i dont mean it against the questioner, but those ppl who are so vocal about this issue and pass fatwas about it being makrooh haraam and stuff. liberate the kaaba from the clutches of al saud first and then we can worry about that issue. wallah o alam.

If you cannot pray standing up or sitting and you have to lie down then you must face your feet towards the kiblah to pray.

It is better to sleep on your right hand side facing the kiblah.
