I’m going to the March for Life in DC this year. January 22. I’m against abortion under any circumstances whatsoever (except for what AQ mentioned below). Islam tells us that each life is sacred, so who are we to decide the fate of this creation?

^ Oh. :smack: Yea I meant except for that. If it is the only way to save the life of the mother, then I believe it’s okay, too. Whatever results in the greater good, I suppose. :slight_smile:

pro. as far as the period in islam allows is. it is sufficient time to determine if you do or do not want the child, (that is if u can even afford to have another child, or if there are other circumstances, like health problems for the child as well as the mother). i gots other reasons, except i know this thread will turn into an argumentative thread, and i gots no mood for that :phati:

sweetcream there have been otehr threads on thsi debate, just do a quick search and you’d find other people’s opinions on it.

i am Pro-abortion ONLY during extreme circumstances: ie, the mothers health or life is in danger, she has been raped, etc

I am AGAINST abortion for any other reason...for it is not permissible to abort a fetus after 120 days (4months) according to the Shariah.
