Offer them you full support and assistance, once they agree to lodge a case against Vital Signs. btw according to Paksitani Law Intelectual copyrights are protected and any breach can lead to a fine of max Rs-300,000 and imprisonment of min 6 month and max 7 years, or both.
once you win the case, ( means the greived party ) then you can lodge a separate case asking them for royalty of stolen music. This is the proper way of dealing with this issue.
Codey, I agree some of his naats are wonderful. His new album "Mehboob-e-Yazdaan" is out recently. Havent listened to it yet.
From "Jalwa-e-Jaanan", my ultimate favourite has turned out to be "Tu ne poochi hai..." it's brilliant, but unfortunately the Urdu is so thick I can only understand half of it...So good thing the subject came up, your Urdu is zabardast, so I can ask you :) I need to know what 'saahib-e-asraar', 'fakr ki saan' mean, among various other phrases that i need to know abt. :D Shukran!

Firstly, One is innocent until proven guilty, secondly The target of your accusition should be Vital signs (4 members + Shoaib Mansoor).
You are repeatidly singling out JJ. Which suggest personal vendetta rather than a case of copyright voilation.
^^ I think what he is trying to say is that JJ is trying to portray and preach something and practicing something else. Other 4 members are not coming out in public, trying to portray themselves as pious, innocent creatures who have submitted themselves for the cause if Islam and Allah. If you want to submit yourself for the cause of Allah then first clear your own records, pay all the dues you have been charged for or you haven't been. If you are sincere with your faith then you don't need to advertise it to get public attention.
