Raising questions is a good habit and even encouraged by Islam, but sometimes we indulge in discussions on topics we have very little to no knowledge and thats where you enter in danger zone. In simple words 'aadmi na idhar ka rehta hai na udhar ka'.
Revelation of Quran and its being word of God is very sensitive matter and should be touched when one have proper knowledge. I don't consider myself eligible to touch upon this issue, which was not even challenged during the period Quran was being revealed. The Seerah books definitely contribute a lot to Islamic history, but they contain various contradictory references. So, its better that we don't enter the danger zone till we consider ourselves eligible to understand concepts revolving around revelations. Shallow debates available on net are by no way an authentic source to endanger your faith.
