yes .... and they have quoted in previous pages and that Kashi is the one of the greatest scholar of shiaism.....and its book is consider as authority on Isma Rijal ....

The references you quoted are also saying that Ibn Saba appeared during the caliphate of Ali [as] and deemed him God (nauzobillah), a incident in history which most of the people do believe. So there isnt anything new.
