Abdull Razzaq

Is Abdull Razzaq a better Bowler or Batsmen

Nasir, have you done your homework? :D

I think he isn't exceptionally good in both, but overall a good allrounder.

u can say he is a bowling allrounder....

jacques kallis wud be a batting allrounder....

imran khan wud be a genuine allrounder....

he can't take wickets, can't stop runs, can't play big innings. I like Mohammed Sami, he is better than Razzaq.

Razzaq is a better bowler. He is a klusener when it coems to batting. Azhar is a test bastman that can bowl. Both are good all-rounders.

assalamoalikum :jhanda:

since/after the world cup in england abdul razzaq has not performed to the best of his ability he knows it deep down and the rest of pakistani team and pcb know it, the option of dropping him has to be considered but paki board aren’t interested in dropping him for some reason.

there are plenty of good players (esp all rounders) in pakistan but they aren’t given the opportunity to do the talking on the pitch and as abdul bhai has built a strong place in the team since breaking into the team, paki board believe its wrong to drop their dubbed * all rounder.

it disgusts me to see the current state of pakistani cricket especially when one considers the legends it has produced in the past, ppl like zaheer abbas, javed miandad, imran khan, wasim akram (present), waqar younis (younis), mushtaq mohammed etc etc etc.

ya allah kab sudreeey ge ye sab

Razzaq is a real gem and he has everything to prove that only if is allowed to settle anywhere in the batting line-up. I think some hopes should also be pinned in Azhar.

Once Wasim Akram retires, I believe Azhar Mehmood will get more chances to prove himself.

Muhammed Sami! hez great...

recently he is neither.....just a great burden

Currently he looks to be off form, but he is a quality all rounder. Remember his performance in Australia in 2000, he was definitly at his peak both with the bowl and bat.

he is a parchi wala nothing else.

We have jewels in the bag but we like to put **** for sale. Thats what Tauqeer Zia is doing.

Razzler is just a one time All rounder in last world cup. since then he would be either injured or score in every 20th game. By looking at his bowling in current WC even a BLIND would say that he has lived his cricketing life a long ago.

We need to dig out our true talent which is right there waiting for Board's sight.

The Game Responds:

*He is a monkey. Really. Don't compare him to Kallis for God's sake; have you even seen him bat? People, That Is All.*

Abdur Razzaq still has good potential. If we are able to stick with individuals like Afridi, why make Razzaq the scapegoat?

We have seen in the past his capabilities. Maybe a few month's off cricket for him will do him better.

:hehe: fully agreed :rotfl:

A shear dissapointment along with Inzi Shahid Afridi!

Truely off-color right now ... very disappointing.

Do you guys remember the 5 fours he hit off McGrath in a single over, a couple of years back in Australia? Had he hit the sixth one on the last ball of the over, McGrath would have broken down in tears.

His batting is pretty good when he's on form, his bowling seems to have gone backwards though. With wasim and Waqar bowing out he will still have a role to play in the future.

He is a very useful all rounder who seems to have lost appetite for the game. He is solid in defence and attacking when needed. I have seen him bowled Sachin out three times in a four match series down under in 2000. He needs to get his act together soon.
