Title of video is slightly different ....right in the begining of the video he says"no race,no religion ...just humanity"

I did not misrepresentated his words...i know what he is saying..in Islam humanity comes first.you cannot be agood muslim...unless you are a good human being in the eyes of Allah swt....the video uploader could hav used the exact quote....but it doesnt really make a difference...any sane person would know wht he meant...

If the statement was not made by Edhi then how is it okay to say it was said by him? To say no religion is higher than humanity sounds like a slogan for the humanists. It does not sound like a Muslim statement.
If we say Islam requires us to give in aid to people of any religion - this is saying something else.
Another confusing aspect of the opening post is that on one hand Edhi is open to everyone regardless of class, identity (I think you mean - race and family background) and faith, yet on the other hand he does not charity for his organisation from people outside the borders of Pakistan - so by doing this ... the good man has indeed taken a nationalistic stance hasn't he?

no, seems like you didnt see the entire video, remember in the video he himself said that Alhumdulilah he has the resources and capability to deal with any sort of emergency not only in Pakistan, but also outside Pakistan .... I think thts a huge achievement itself that his foundation does not need to rely on foreign NGOS assistance to fix our problems. We have enough resources to look after her own people, we dont need to spread our hands in front of others ... In the video, he was saying even a poor man comes and gives him money, so he gets enough money from just within Pakistan, moreover, he said he does this good work for his countrymen, if they they are happy with him, he will continue to do so, if not he wouldnt ....wht i understood, it seems like they do not accept from foreign NGOS, but yes on individual bases , overseas Pakistanis can donate and they do accept.
