Abdul Sattar Edhi

I would so love to see him run for prez of pak. May Allah grant him Jannat for the countless lives he’s saved and the numerous services he provides to humanity every day. Ameen.

Please guys, skip your starbucks today, buy an item less on your grocery list, delay those amps youve been planning to buy.. whatever you do please give some to the Edhi Foundation. Go google up the local edhi office in your city and send them a cheque for even $5 right now (thats Rs 200 almost.. enough to feed 10 people a decent meal). Please.

The foundation’s Ambulance Control Room in downtown Karachi is a nerve centre of the volatile port city’s emergencies, terrorist attacks, bloody riots and catastrophic accidents. Burrowed at the end of a labyrinthine warren of shabby rooms in Karachi’s old quarter, Abdul Sattar Edhi directs a private welfare network almost as old as Pakistan itself. The Edhi Foundation rescues the victims of government neglect, religious militant rage, battery, destitution and abandonment through a nationwide network run entirely on donations from the pockets of Pakistanis. Re: Abdul Sattar Edhi

now thats a true human. this is wht humanity is all about. if u were had to define what humanity is? just simply mention his name edhi. lots have talked about his religious background, his cast and other BS but the man himself sees everyone else above and beyond that circle.
