they way both of them are performing consistently in T20 and one dayers, I still think they should be given a chance. We lack a ‘finisher’ who can finish an innings (both in chase and in death overs) and both are/were fantastic in that department. Azhar Mahmood is a better bowler but Razzaq has finished more matches. It was his performances that made us better in chasing in recent years.
If Imran Farhat and Sami can be given endless chances, why not these two?

Hammaz Azam is a decent prospect. But his bowling leaves a lot to be desired. Razzaq WAS a good bowler but Azhar still is quite good with the ball.
