Why I got the feeling that war in Iraq could escalate? I hope it doesn’t
ISLAMABAD, March 26: Pakistan today test-fired a short-range
missile coinciding with a missile test by India, a foreign
ministry spokesman said. It was not immediately known if the
Pakistani missile test followed or preceded the launch of India’s
Pirthivi missile.
“We have conducted a successful Abdali missile test today and we
had given prior information to all our neighbours about the test,”
spokesman Aziz Ahmed Khan told AFP. “The missile test by India
came as a surprise,” Khan said. (AFP)
Yeah I was thinking of opening a thread on the same issue.
I wonder whether this was the right decision or not. I am not all for tit for tat tests. However, this time around I have this feeling that it was much needed in order to make a statement, to show atleast to our neighbor that we won't be deterred.

I quite agree PA. It's the sort of behaviour you'd expect from rogue failed states, but to see supposed future world powers behave in such a way is disappointing to say the least...
