Its going to be about 2 .5 years soon that I haven’t been to pakiland, and for some reason it gets me so emotional. I have family there and the love of my life, but what I miss the most is the smell of the meeti. I know, I must sound crazy, but its true. I’m longing for the doors of our plane to open at Islamabad airport and that moment when the humidity is all around you and just that smell. Nothing beats this. And when I’m about get up from the seat after a 16 hour flight, I have to almost control myself from crying.
And of course its great seeing everyone, especially him
, but its my nani’s home which makes me the weakest
, because it heaven on earth, bus there is no other way of describing it.
Normally I take a nap for 2-3 hour soon after reaching nani’s house. Then its straight out to her garden, to see what she’s got the mali working on that year:D. She’s so cute!
