Or more specifically jalabiya (more decorative version).. Is it weird or wrong to wear them if you don’t wear hijab?

Depends if its a poncho/caftan style or a more traditional abaya look which might look a bit more odd without headscard
the poncho/caftan looks good without it though

Deeba you are right, the looks are great. However, would defeat the purpose of modesty if a girl covers everything but has so much makeup on which would make it inviting for men to look at her. I have seen a lot of this is Arab countries especailly UAE where the girls are covered up very well but made-up like a doll :) - They do look very nice though!!!
