The stylish, chic ones! I absolutely adore them 
I know they defy the purpose the abayas were made for BUT i just wanna know how many of u like them and if u do wear abayas do u go for the normal, plain ones or the fancier ones 
do share pix if u like.

I have normal ones for the beach, uni etc. I have the slightly better ones for special occasions in uni etc. I have the FANCY 1000 dirhams type ones for shaadis, eids, dawats etc.

i ABHOR the flared sleeve kaftan type abayas thta are in these days.. or the pouf ones... jesus i cant eat jack with them on... i had to shove the sleeve way up my arm to make sure i wasnt wiping entire dishes with the friggin sleeve...
what a pain fashion can be at times! i prefer the tight arm ones ... all sequined etc...

@ LM- Oh the wedding (special ones) sound interesting :D. Do u think they wud work in Pakistan? i think we do have a selective bt interested section of people for such abayas.

I have no idea but I did see a lot more people wearing abayas this time around in Lahore. When I was there for 2 months. I don't know it might work. As more rich people turn to abayas, they do need something nicer to wear to shaadis etc.

Yup! thats what i am thinking too. Exporting abayas from dubai n kuwait to Pakisatn. Hmm let's c :)

My khala's SIL is a Fashion Designer based out of Liberty, Gulberg. My mum sends the Abayas to my khala and she sells them to her SIL who sells them to people in Liberty. It's going well.

i do wear them according to ocassions and the one on shadi wagera i do wear the dubai ones as i was in saudia so i bought from there the orignal SWAROVSKI abayas .so i do wear em in shady and people just love them a lot.
