Sure, but we were talking about India here which is a democracy. Btw, I am not sure if people in North Korea have that right given that they don’t even have the right to chose their hair cut

The right to live where you want is not exclusive to Democracies.
The only right you have in a Democracy is the right to choose from a menu of options. God forbid you should want something of the menu. But at least they offer a menu.
