Sure, but we were talking about India here which is a democracy. Btw, I am not sure if people in North Korea have that right given that they don't even have the right to chose their hair cut :D

I said most, not all. North Korea is North Korea..
The right to live where you want is not exclusive to Democracies.
The only right you have in a Democracy is the right to choose from a menu of options. God forbid you should want something of the menu. But at least they offer a menu.
