With Modi being as popular and powerful as he is, isnt it possible that he can find some way of influencing said persons either directly or indirectly?
Im sorry, but I simply cant believe Modi could have done all that he has done in India given the endemic corruption in the system without knowing how to manipulate it and arm twist where needed.
