naah - as the headline in that article says... Toronto's just "pondering"... and I heard Mayor Miller say today on TV that he thinks the idea of a total ban on drive thrus is not gonna fly for Toronto.
Torontonians are a lazy bunch! they're never gonna wanna let go of drive thrus.
That being said, I'm kinda in favor of the law being institutionalized in core downtown areas and city center locations in various municipalities. This will alleviate a lot of traffic and some smog issues as well.

you should see the long ques in the morning when people grab coffee before heading off to work. Environmentally it is a good initiative, I agree with umer

yeah I suppose it's not good for business... but good for the enviornment - no idling cars... and the whole neighborhood noise factor is another positive effect.

Back to Naseer Abad in Winter then JB, go to **Cafe Piala, **sit on the road at 4-paii... inhale smkoe, carbon, dirt and dust along the sip of chai... eat paratha as wwell... and enjoy the real life... kanata is all dikhaawa , dhakosla and just the disposable life, ... leave the kanata jigga, its not for ju :-(
