I saw the first episode of Aatish (I believe it was the first one) last night. I don’t usually watch drams on PrimeTV cuz most of them suck. This one was however the one that I was shocked to see. The girl Naushaba and her Mom are Tawaifs who go from places to places and look for a rich guy to bring in and seduce him big time and eventually get him to marry the daughter or something. I will give more comments when I get to hear what others have to say on this. But it sure is a bold serial that you don’t get to see on Pakistani TV too often. It was only less than 4 years ago when girls were required to have dupattas on their heads on PTV.
dramas on the private channels are about as bold. ptv is still in the stone age.
