Aapna Channel

Re: Aapna Channel

:D

Re: Aapna Channel

Salaam peoples,

I also think they will move to encryption. Why? Well the PRTS (£1+) revenue is dropping out, they've been fined and are looked at by the regulator.

The funny thing is I spoke to someone there....and I was watching the channel and the same female was on there acting like a caller. No doubt she called a local number.....!

Anyway, they are pushing for the POAG (Rip off) they charge you £10 per year..... (And for what? Nothing!) So I think around 50k will sign up....

Some other channels are looking to bring in the Pre-pay credit card (you top it up) I think the card would be for Illegal immigrants...!

They plan to charge £20 per year..... and they will offer discounts.... I think they (channels) will make a few million.

I saw an advert on DDrayat a few weeks back.

Re: Aapna Channel

Looks like if Aapna channel is history. I would just like to add to the comments made earlier that aapna is having technical difficulties. this is rubbish. it does nt take so long to sort out technical problems. the bottom line is they dont have the funds to run the channel.

Re: Aapna Channel

Where is your source that they dont have funds?
Aapna channel have recently moved to a new building, thats why it has not return, they have delayed there return for a while due to the new building set up.

Aapna being off air has not all got to do with, technical, there were also expaning the team and also restructing the organisation hence the delay.

Re: Aapna Channel

Totally agree with the above.

I find it very difficult to believe that it would be taking this long to re-structure and are off air due to technical problems.
Does the channel really need to be off air to re-structure? By being off air didn’t they realise the fact that they would be losing out on advertising revenue?

If it was a technical problem than again why is it taking such a long time to fix it or they don't have the funds to fix the problem?

Therefore, this raises the question to the real reason why the channel is off air? There are rumours in the community that the channel didn’t make the payments and therefore had to be taken off air.

As stated previously, as far as I am aware the channel didn’t make the viewers aware of their plans to go off air. How un-professional was that or was it a case that they didn’t get a chance to inform the viewers as Sky pulled the plug.

As things stand as far as I see it this channel is history.

Mr Abrar_UK how reliable is your source???????????????????????

Re: Aapna Channel

1: yes your right that was there a need to take the channel off air if it was restructuring.they could have done that whilst on air.

2:They have moved to a new building, and the systems are being moved to this building, where they going to be installed again.

3:According to the viewer relations depertment on Sky, they stated in a e-mail, that it was the broadcasters decision to stop the transmitting.

My source is quiete reliable.

Re: Aapna Channel

Would you also agree that the channel was very un-professional not informing the viewers of its plans to go off air?

Why they wern't informed may never be known.

So are they moving into some state of the art building........? I thought their current studios were refurbished again and why did they waste their money when they knew they will be moving into a new building. To me they seem complete jokers.

Re: Aapna Channel

Building were they were broadcasted from, does not mean the studio, where they send signals to satellites and stuff, where they have all there players and stuff.
Im not sure if they brought a new building or what, but first the studios were being rented by them.

I'm thinking may be they did not know they will go off on that day it did, as it was a good friday (well thats my theory)

Re: Aapna Channel

So I am asking again why they professional or un-professional ???

Re: Aapna Channel

Ok they were un professional in not informing its vallued viewers.

Re: Aapna Channel

*It's not me who wants to be proven right. *

Its fact which needs to be proven. Do you understand what I mean Harry?

I will find try to find out from my sources the real reason why the channel is off air (from people who know Mr Shamas Rehman who was in the same party / organisation as them).

Re: Aapna Channel

OK
They do have a date for Mid July set that they are hoping to be back on air.
Havent you spoken to the shareholder that you know?

Re: Aapna Channel

I haven't spoken to him personally but my cousin had spoken to him when the channel first went off air and he said the same thing.

I will be seeing him soon and find out what really went on.

Its good that Bava Ditta is not on the air any more......can't stand him.

Re: Aapna Channel

May be that is the real reason as to why it went of air.

Re: Aapna Channel

He could be making excuses.......real truth will never be known.

Do you know who made or how they managed to get clips of Mehndhar, Kalakote,, Rajouri (from the Indian Occupied Kashmir)?

Re: Aapna Channel

Those who like the joker Bava Ditta can watch him doing the rapp in the following video:

I wonder what he is doing these days. He may have gobe back home to Gujar Khan and may be seen doing ‘Janay Nay Putro’ on GT Road…

Re: Aapna Channel

abrar why do you keep defending aapna. they are history man

Re: Aapna Channel

From there team in Indian Occupied Kashmir, they do have few people working for them.

Re: Aapna Channel

You can say what you like.

Re: Aapna Channel

It's in their best interest not to come back now. Let's face it, they not exactly gonna get a standing ovation IF and when they do decide to come back.
