due to the serve weather we be having lately, this caused the uplinking statellite to be moved out of place (the satellite which takes the signal to the satellite in space), there is also problem with there fiber optics cable.
The engineers are trying hard to sort out the problem and are hoping that it would be fixed soon.

Truth be told this is utter bollox, reason being, no other channels were effected by the bad weather on this particular transponder on 28E. The only problem here was the optics cable, which is an aapna channel issue not the satellite.

So what's today's excuse for completely disappearing, and any news on when it will be back?
From the e-mail I got from them (aapna channel) today, this is what they stated in the e-mail "We are having a circuit put in as the vsat method was causing a lot of droppage and other weather realted problems it will be back on as soon as possible."
If you still think this is one of my theories, PM me your e-mail address and I will forward your that e-mail.
Also as to when it will be back, they state ASAP, but it may come back on Monday as currently its a weekend, dont hold me on this.
Whats happened to this Aapna channel? My dad put the tv on this morning and it was…duh duh duuuuhhh…GONE!!! SHOCK SHOCK!!! So weird. Almost as weird as when The Musik channel morphed into ARY ONEWORLD…stupid new channels…
