I know subject of the thread is 'Aapna Channel…for your information this link you have provided is just a cover up and they will not be able to win the case - after all Manchester Evening News has twice defeated Dr Fraudia.

Whats happened to that 'Apna Britain' programme which used to be hosted by those two girls?
What about the 'Gamdad' programme with the old man shaking his stick all the time. Its so crap that programme.

The people that they found were students that had over stayed on there visa.

No it has not closed down, spoke to one of the shareholders and he told me that they are having some technical problems.

They are having uplinking problems with 1 of there satellites, Aapna channel will be returning to our screens shortley.
Edit at 12.20pm GMT Aapna channel has returned to our screens on 817.

No it has not closed down.
There are other issues for which the channel is removed from the lineup i.e mainly technical issues, not if its closed down.

Its one of these automatically things, which remove a channel which is nor longer broadcasting.
