WOH is from the list of words which are exclusive to Urdu Language. You can not find any translation to this (unless its a 3-4 line explanation). Another example of such phrase is "ziada he kuch." as in "aray Salma ko daikha tha function main, wo ziada he kuch". Now this "ziada he kuch" has meanings as vast as ocean :)
