Okay this one I heard in a Paki drama sometimes back. The way the gal character said it and the situation where it was fitted, made the whole poem and its meaning so beautiful that I noted it down after googling it on internet. Now sharing with you guys here on GS.

Yaadon se koi raat jo khaali nahin jaathi
Ab woh umar na mousam na woh rasta ke woh palttay
Iss dill ki magar hum-khiyaali nahin jaathi
Maangay tu agar jaan bhi, hans k tujhay de doon
Teri tou kio baat bhi taali nahin jaathi
Aaey koi aakar teray yeh dard sanmbhalay
Hum se tou yeh jageer sanmbhali nahin jaathi
Maloom humhain bhi hain teray bohat se qissay
Parr baat teri hum se uchaalee nahin jaathi
Hum-raah teray phool khilaathi thi jo dill mein
Ab shaam wohi dard se khalee nahin jaathi
Hum jaan se jaain ge tabhi baat bannay gi
Tum se tou koi raah nikaalee nahin jaathi…
