If convicted, Aamer w’d certainly be guilty of bringing the game into disrepute but cheat is a wrong word here. There is no evidence that he tampered with the ball or used underhand means to get wickets.

Deliberately overstepping or bowling no-balls on demand w’d have achieved the opposite if anything

I did not use the word CHEAT in the sense that he cheated when getting wks. They were all pure class obviously. I meant cheat as in a dishonest player.
