Not saying Aamer is innocent but as things stand he is only accused at present.

That is funny Asif. People here on this fourm declared all of them cheats including Aamir even before ICC suspended them. And you want ICC to still keep him a nominee after he has been suspended???

I think the ICC should have waited until the player had been found guilty of his act and sentenced by the tribunal in the next 14 days or so. Their decision would have looked more proper and appropriate then. Like our joker ambassador, ICC has jumped the gun here

I think ICC jumped the gun when they put charges on these players. But once they have done that it makes sense to remove Aamir from the list. It would have looked even more stupid if they still had kept him as a nominee. Again that would have led to more mudslinging.
