I admit that I was one of the viewers that hated his persona but after watching yesterday's ARY transmission I have changed my mind. I simply don't care what he wears or which song is he is copying the tune from for his naat's and/or hamd. I simply would change the channel when he starts to recite naat/hamd so it doesn't bother me.** All I know is that he is talking about Islam and watching his programs there are some good deeds and things that are going on which are good enough for me.**
these days everyone is talking about Islam on TV. even Shahida Mini and Madeeha Shah were doing that the other day :)

Anyone who speaks few words of Arabic, recites some naat, can look legit by using proper words of nastaleeq urdu can be made to look legit honest person by our media and our society will accept him, no wonder our society is infested with people like Mushtaq Qadri.

The video was him talking off air and during breaks. Swear kar raha tha ghande wale. Aur ghana bhee gha raha tha and was talking about some film. There was a caller who was upset and was talking about suicide. On that he started laughing. 
Then at the end theres a clip of a jalsa where Amir Liquat is abusing the Sahabas.
