URGENT! I need info about some aalim or ulema, who can tell if a person is effected by sihr and treat it.
The person who is under sihr, has been reading every dua/manzil and etc for a year, but no improvement. She is getting more sick day by day, and doctors has said nothing is wrong.
Its very urgent, please provide me with some information

She needs to be seen by a psychiatrist not a doctor.

if you deny the effects of majic /black majic, than u are denying what is stated in the Quran.. Our dear prophet PBUH also came under the effect of majic and started forgettin things...

No denying there, Quran does not say that it can only be cured by moulana , alim or ulema. Quran does tell us to pray for Allah's protection from these things and seek Allah's help.
Quran does not forbid you to go to psychiatrist and get treated for magic , psychiatric and psychosomatic diseases.

Very much so Quran does not forbid you to go to ulema and ask for special duas /help for such an ailment..

What you are looking for is an aamil. An aalim could also be an aamil and vice-versa but they are not necessarily so. I would suggest that you check with a local aalim, they may happen to know someone who might be able to help.

I guess Sura-e-Falak & Sura Naas are the cure for magic and that kind of stuff, one should recite these alot and ask mercy and forgivness of Allah all mighty.

What is the litmus test for Sihr?
Offcourse aalim or ulema will always say its Sihr, because its their field.
The fact, however is, no such thing can possibly exist. Its just a way for some to make money.
Please help yourself and see a proper doctor.
