This is torturous!!! I don’t know why I opened this thread, I’m craving everything!!!
Wonderful jobs guys!!!
I love bhindi and that chicken kabab dish looks sooo good! I’d like a recipe of that too!
Ira; too bad karhi is probably the only dish that I don’t like
It looks good though!
Oh and don’t even get me started on aalu gosht. My mum used to make it when I was living there and I LOVE it. Too bad my hubby doesn’t like shorwa waalay saalan
I never get to make it
Btw, I’m not really cooking this weekend as we’re invited to dinnerparties. On Monday I have to make a big pan of chicken biryani (farmaish) cuz we’re organizing a surprise bday party for an aunt!
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
SHINOO -- whats your raita recipe? It looks delicious!!!!
I use probably 0.5 kg of plain yoghurt. Then I make a mixture of crushed zeera and green chilli (one small one) Achi tarha pees karr I add it to the yoghurt mixture. Then I add some namak, chaat masala, pinch of sugar and finely cut fresh mint.
Use one large baingan, slice it in thin round slices and shallow fry them in some oil till golden to dark brown. Let them drain on some kitchentowel. Now finally add them to the yoghurt mixture (do it right before serving the raita so they're still a bit 'crisp'.
