How did you bake them? Did you put oil inside the pakora mixture?
No she did not use any oil. Just little olive oil spray to grease the try. I was a bit skeptical if it will turn out good but it did. So basically pakoras virtually without oil. Of course pakoras were not 100% as fried ones but I'd say 7-8 on the scale of 10 in taste and texture.
I tried it myself few months ago but I did not use the cup cake/muffin tray and my pakoras were really big so were not cooked fully from the middle. May be the baking tray helped.
You are so sughar! What is kachay gosht? How is it different from regular biryani?
I guess its called kachey gosht ki biryani because the masala (meat) is not cooked before layering but instead its cooked in dum (i.e. after layering with rice)
What masala you used for coating on this - home made or packet wala?
Sufna, Can you give me the recipe for the potatoes and the chicken. They look like they could be low calorie and baked and incredibly delicious.

n potatoes .....that are deep fried coated with shan fry fish masala ,it was just an experiment but eveyone liked it :)
