Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Pisiform:
lol really? I haven’t written a recipe before so I don’t know but I will try my best
For Chicken Alfredo Pizza:
Ingredients
Pizza Dough - just make it into round depending on how big you want
Spinach leaves
Granulated onion powder
Granulated garlic powder
Onion
Mushrooms
Bertolli’s Alfredo Sauce
Crushed Pepper
Olive oil (any cooking oil)
Mozzarella cheese - shredded (best would be if you get the block and shred at home .. that makes it even better)
Grilled Chicken
First make the dough into how big you want 7 inch or something depending on you
Get boneless chicken and cut in small cubes and grill it … I grilled it in a frying pan with a salt, pepper and a tiny bit of Tikka masala.
Cut onion and mushroom into and sauté them until it turns kinda brown.
Cut Spinach leaves using knife.
Pour half of Alfredo Sauce bottle into a pan and heat it for 3-4 minutes. Then add a little bit of crushed red pepper. Then add Spinach leaves. Mix it well.
Now using a big spoon, spread the Alfredo sauce (in step 5) on the pizza making sure you cover all of it
Then evenly spread out grilled chicken on it
Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese so it would hold the sauce and chicken down
Add sautéed onion and mushrooms on top.
Just a pinch of granulated onion and garlic powder on top
And finally again Mozzarella cheese to hold the onions and mushrooms
Make sure the oven is preheated to 450 and place in there for 15-20 minutes. Make sure it doesn’t burn lol
please do tell how it turned out if you make it
I made this pizza today and it was awesome.everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Sure
**Besan and Anda Halwa
**Ingredients:
½ cup oil
3 cardamoms
¾ cup gram flour
4 eggs
½- ¾ cup sugar
Blanched almonds, for garnish
Directions:
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cardamoms and cook until lightly browned, about 30 seconds. Add gram flour, stir well, and cook until it gives off a nice aroma and its color becomes a light gold. Remove from heat.
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl; slowly add them to the gram flour mixture while stirring to make sure everything is well incorporated. Continuously stir and cook over medium heat until the mixture seems thoroughly cooked and begins to leave the sides of the pan. Mix in the blanched almonds and cook for about a minute.

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
@SUFNA Please post your sandwich recipe in the first pic. Thanks
Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
Sufna, I bet your hubby and family are total happy campers. What is in that heavenly sandwich creation of yours?
Pink tea that you made in another post. Tell me what it’s supposed to taste like. It looks like authentic noon chai. It’s hard to make it not knowing how the authentic version is supposed to taste like.
