sure

cream: 100 gram /( iused half pckt milkpack cream)

mayyonese: 2 tbsp ( i used American Gardens)

mix fruit juice : 1 cup ( i used canned cocktail wala sweetened water)

suger: 2 tbsp full

Mix all the ingrredients with a whisk untill smooth,add fruit chunks (i always use apples,bananas,fresh sweet apricots,dates, dhair saray mango chunks smtimes peaches grapes also)

toss again n again n put in the refrigrater ,serve chilled.

Salmon, veggies, mango and “rice” made out of cauliflower

same caulfilower but with baked fish and mango avocado salsa

baked chicken tenders, steamed sweet potato and greens
