wow...looks so great and i am sure it tastes yummy too...i make teriyaki chicken stir fry for my neice and nephew sometimes and they look a bit different because i use cream of chicken as well. could you plz post the recipe...thanx
sooji(samolina) :1 cup
suger:1 cup
eggs: 2
water OR milk: half cup/to make batter consistency
kewra or ilaichi essence: optional
Mix sooji,suger,eggs,essence and sufficient water/milk to make a smooth batter.
Set aside for 15-20 minutes.the batter should be smooth,not lumpy
Heat a non stick pan. Drizzle a little oil on the pan, spread a ladle full of batter to a slightly thick 3-inch pancake. cook on medium heat. flip it and cook untill underside is crisp.
