Maal Pora Recipe

sooji(samolina) :1 cup
suger:1 cup
eggs: 2
water OR milk: half cup/to make batter consistency
kewra or ilaichi essence: optional

Mix sooji,suger,eggs,essence and sufficient water/milk to make a smooth batter.
Set aside for 15-20 minutes.the batter should be smooth,not lumpy
Heat a non stick pan. Drizzle a little oil on the pan, spread a ladle full of batter to a slightly thick 3-inch pancake. cook on medium heat. flip it and cook untill underside is crisp.

garnish with khoya or condensed milk and nuts**

I use almaria uss mei likha hota hai packet pe its thick cream, the one we use in all trifles

my first try was poor plus i was rushing for iftari , it got burnt a bit,made it in Ramadan.

we dont use maida in malpora thts the only difference..... i think both are same
