I boil the milk, add lemon juice. Then drain the paneer that is made and add semolina to it. Make small rounds… put it in a pressure cooker in a syrup. Tada.

I baked a boxed cake… mixed it with frosting and made rounds. Then I added sticks dipped in chocolate into the rounds. I refrigerated those and then decorated :slight_smile:

^ Ina Garten's recipe from the barefoot contessa..the only thing I did different was add a little ricotta cheese as well because I had some left in the fridge and wanted to use it up...this recipe is really good!
