huh... I just recently made shahi tukrey. But I soaked the fried bread in sugar syrup first and topped it with rabri.

So you mean to say shahi tukrey there is no rabri and double ka meetha there is no sugar water soak ?

There is rabri in shahi tukrey and no sugar syrup and vice-versa in double-ka-meetha!

PMs not allowed for recipes . Let all of us benefit and enjoy tasty food! I am a vegetarian and I see that most of the recipes posted here are non-vegetarian…yet I replace the meat with paneer/tofu/soya/veg nuggets/raw jackfruit and I still enjoy the fare

i wanna have layered beef Hyderabadi biryani...i hate chicken biryani coz it has the smell of chicken no matter how well it's cooked. :(
