Recipe for Chicken Seekh Kababs? anyone plz/

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

2 lbs chicken qeema
1 egg
ginger paste approx. 1 tsp
garlic paste approx. 1 tsp
salt to taste
red chili powder approx 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
1 small onion, grated & squeezed dry

Mix above, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then wet hands with warm water and shape qeema into sausages and deep fry until cooked.
I usually fry 1 or 2 in the beginning, then taste them for salt and adjust the rest of the mixture. Also make sure to fry them on medium-high flame, so that they retain their juices and do not get dry.
