I made some shawarmas with home made pitas on sat - they were all gone by the time i remembered to take pics.

Lunch was yesterday’s chicken and pepper speghetti. Made some masar daal for dinner and also some nutella cup cakes again for tea time:

Yay!! :hehe: Those tacos were good but I felt like the beans and rice given as a side were even better!

They are pretty straightforward. Start with your favorite bread, I used chedder and jalapeno focaccia, and toast it. I made a spread mixing mayo with some mustard for the bread and added store bought turkey slices + American cheese. Then added the veggies, I used lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, bell pepper, olives and topped it off with a simple vinegar(cider or balsamic)/olive oil/black pepper/salt vinaigrette.

I’m on sandwich craze lately…………..
