Anyone please post the recipe for vegetable or chicken lasagna but desi style. please :)

yesterday i had some chicken breasts and wanted to make something out of it.
so i lightly friend 2 onions
- added 1spn of zeera and 1 spn ginger garlic paste
- let it fry
- then added tomatoes (i dindt have any fresh tomatoes, so i used canned (like half a can)) - i had blended it in the blender first and then added it
- then 1 spn lal mirch and salt each
- 1/2 spn of haldi and dhaniya power each
- 1 spn National Achar Gosht Masala
- 2-3 each of Garam Masala stuff (peppercorns, cinnamon, etc)
- then i let it fry/bhoon. I had used a hand blender to mash the onions. I bhoonified it until it looked good.
- then i added the chicken breasts.
- covered and put it on low/med heat until the water dries up
- let it bhoon some more
- then added a pinch of garam masala powder, and some green chilies and covered.
- voila! all done! garnished it with some dhaniya.
it was so good! cant wait to eat some leftover tonight!
