Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

and here is the copy/paste of pizza dough recipe I posted earlier.

300 - 350g (2 cups) plain flour [makes 2 large bases]
7g (sachet) - dried yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm water (more if needed)
1-2 tbs olive oil

  1. In a small jug, combine water and yeast. mix well and wait for 10 minutes until mixture is frothy.

  2. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Blend in yeast mixture to form a soft, sticky dough. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  3. Place dough in a large oiled bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until dough doubles in size. Knock down dough to remove air. Knead into a smooth ball. Continue as required.

  4. Divide it in half and make 2 large pizzas. :e6:

sooooooo simple .

intox - are u a girl or guy?

if you are a guy then I am totally :hayaa: fida over your pizza making skills!

If you are a girl - a thumbs up for ya

it's combination of 2 shan masalas :)
chapli kabab masala, tandoori masala, wheat aata, besan, ginger/garlic paste, tomatoes, dhaniya and hari mirch...I find only chapli kabab masala a little too plain and no color...tandoori masala gives it added color and kick in taste as well...

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya

oh ok, tandoori masala, u mean chicken tikka massal by shaan?

Re: Aaj kya pakaaya/khaaya
