NOTE: I used half of listed chocolate syrup because I was afraid the cakes would turn out too sweet and I think they would if I added the other half!

wow its been a long time since i contributed to this thread. Doesnt mean i dont cook though :D

Last night's dinner was quick and easy black bean quesedillas.

Take two tortillas. Layer one of them with salsa, black beans (the canned ones work out fine), top with shredded cheese (i used marble jack). Cover with the second tortilla and heat on a skillet on both sides till the cheese has melted.

This is such a versatile recipe. I originally wanted to use guacomole instead of salsa but ended up using salsa since the grocery store didnt have ripe avocados. You can also use precooked chicken, beef etc.
