Shumaisa i tried the qulifa. I was happy that it looked like a good quilfy in the end. But the taste resembled shahi tukrey a lot. That was because the ingriends were exatly the same. The next time i do it, ill make it with using bread. I hope that turns out OK too.

It depends on ur taste. If u use bread, just taste it after u hasve blended the mixture with bread n then add as much as u feel right.
Use egg noodles, that are made up of eggs samolina and flour.
and people told me that Mithay chawal and yogurt is a weird combination

I live in pakistan, so i cant suggest u a brand:( I used chinese egg noodles tho.
I did add bread, it was good, but not exactly what i wanted. Next time ill do it without bread:D
And i tried the sausy kebobs, they were delish

Doodh anday with plain rice…its a kashmiri dish…my mom’s khala is married into kashmiris…learnt it frm her…its sooo yummm!!
